This is our own adaptation of neck angle jig used by many luthiers.
Made with plywood.
Comes with 1 set of templates, please message us if you want a dovetail or M&T templates to come with the jig. (Templates are 9mm mdf and they slide in 9mm slots on top of the jig).
It has tilting neck base which locks in place once you find the neck angle by placing guitar body on top, against aluminium bar.
Instead of dowels, it's designed with 6mm slot and 6mm bar that slides into truss rod slot and keeps the neck in place.
The other side of the jig is for routing the body, where body is placed and secured with thumbwheel nuts and aligned with centreline with acrylic piece like in thr photo.
The jig will be fully assembled and all fittings will be included.
Please note that the neck angle jig is quite complex and time consuming to produce and all parts have to be tested before posting to ensure correct working order when delivered. This item is not in stock and can't be posted straightaway!
