How to use ?
You will need a piece of scrap-wood which is same width as opening on the fretboard radius jig (144mm).
Please examine the photos. I had used x2 pieces of 18mm thick plywood which I screwed together and pass with roundover bit the long edges, then I had placed those 2 pieces of plywood on bigger flat board. This will give you 36mm height which is designed to be used with opening on the jig and can accept fretboards 6-8mm.
Place your fretboard blank on, using the strong double-sided tape to fix, align centreline of your fretboard blank with centreline on the fretboard radius jig and move the jig from side to side or along the fretboard. (moving the jig along the fretboard gives more consistency and better result).
Each radii will come with a set of legs, which has slots where the radiused part of the jig is inserted. These are intended for a permanent fixture by using some superglue and sitting them in the slots on the legs.

Important! The base of the jig is not secured on the arched piece of the jig and it's resting on bearings only. Keep this in mind when using the jig as serious injury may occur if not used with caution. Hold the base/router from the top and keep fingers away from under the base.
