Moulds and templates for building acoustic and classical guitars.
The moulds are CNC made with 100% accuracy.
Guitar moulds are 55mm tall. Jumbo and 12-string guitar moulds will be 74mm. Archtop moulds are 36mm.
The mould will come with a pair of spreaders for the waist and lower bout as heel and end blocks sizes varies, and we think that the waist and lower bout spreaders will be more useful as it's easy to clamp heel and end blocks.
With the mould you can get a pair of bending forms, soundboard template with bracing positioning or even full set of templates which will include the soundboard, fretboard, neck profile and headstock templates. Please choose from drop-down menu.

Bending forms explained.
The current bending profiles are two halves of a guitar shape which was reduced in overall size for about 3-4mm.
They have notches at the top and bottom to represent the centreline of a guitar.
Also there is a waist slot which works in conjunction with fox style benders and helps align the form in the bender.
